My baby is born. Watch the movie I have been obsessively posting about and working on. WOO!
So, I'm a little sad I'm done working on it. But I'm really pleased with the way it turned out. It screened at school on thursday, and I don't want to brag, but it killed it. I've been getting SO MANY COMPLIMENTS. I'm really pleased with everyone's performances, I just hope youtube doesn't take down the music because of copyright stuff. Now for the imdb style trivia
TRIVIA:
The actors that played the venus fly trap and booboo had conflicting schedules and therefore had to be filmed on seperate days. They did not meet until the screening. Also, they're both aries.
The fly trap character is a man in drag, but he was so convincing he unfortunately passed as a woman for much of the questioned audience.
A b.b. gun was supposed to be used in the glass smashing scene along with the bat. It never made it into the movie though, and the director only used it to embed b.b.s in the production room walls for fun.
I bought that lamp at the teen girl's section in target.
The venus fly trap in miniature form was first cast as a live venus fly trap, then a robotic flower, and then finally a hand puppet.
My younger brother narrated the film.
The title sequence cards were modeled off of similar cards in a coronet instructional film.
Most of the sets were made in the corner of a classroom without permission.
